How to develop confidence in your personality?

     As you know confidence is an extremely important trait in one's personality. You can talk to anybody about anything. You can get what you want. You can be anyone's crush, because girls mostly like confident guys, but what if you lack this important quality. Well, don't worry, we have some important tips for you to develop confidence in you.

Sociability 

   Sociability is very important to develop confidence in your personality. If you don't socialize with everybody, just try to talk to your family and friends about debating topics, like who will win the next FIFA World Cup?, What would happen if Atom bomb explodes? etc. You would also have to gain a little bit knowledge, of course. Once you start debate, stand your ground, it will automatically develop confidence in you.

Expecting to be nervous

     Expect to be nervous. Don't worry, if you can't speak in front of the audience. Many great speakers get nervous as well. You just have to practice, what you're going to deliver. Practice as much as you can. This will enhance your speaking ability. Practice in front of your family and and friends. Don't care about the criticism. Ask them to help, but remember, you have do it yourself, if you rely on others, you will end up being desperate. Believe yourself. Imagine if Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerburg didn't believe their selves, we wouldn't have known them, and that's how the world is.

Focusing on your Audience

   While practicing, consider your audience, this is the thing you will need the most. Visualize your audience. Making logical statements do not matter, what matters is how confidently you can do it. Even if you do the most foolish thing confidently, audience will appreciate you and you will be rewarded. Your face expressions should be confirming what you're talking. Look them in the eye when you speak to them. 

Visualize Success 

     You should be relaxed while talking to your boss, professor or presenting something. You should practice relaxation techniques, like talking to your family and friends, practicing with confidence. Nobody's going to hit you. And don't fear criticism, it will enhance your approach. Close your eyes and think about speaking at the upcoming speaking engagement and practice with confident. 

Avoid Negative Self talk

    You should not be pessimistic, it's the root of most of the destruction of self esteem. Never ever think of disturbing ideas that will affect your confidence. Always have a smile on your face. The smile, of course, makes you much more attractive and confident. You can even practice smile. Negative thoughts can affect your personal as well as professional life

Learn to be Asservative

   If you think pleasing others will make you lovable and it will develop confidence in you, of course not. By doing so, you will be left with even worse condition. It will reduce your self esteem, so what would you do instead?  
  • Learn to say no: If you can't do anyone's help simply say no, it will enhance your self esteem for sure.
  • Set boundaries: Set boundaries around how much you do for others and how much you socialize.
  • Take control: Take control of your life, the decisions you make and the people you hang out with.

Mushkpuri Diaries

        What else can be better than having fun with friends? A long awaited morning came. We were done with the OHTs, it was exhausting. Who likes exams?               A good turned evil friend of mine, kicked me out of the bed when it was 5 on the clock and I was like WTF. We reached the bus stop at 6.    Independence day Celebrations       This great day begins with a lot of preparations, kids and teenagers, all in green and white. Hoisting of national flag everywhere. 31-gun salute at the capital, Islamabad, and 21-gun salutes at the provisional headquarters.
